Training Plans


There are lots of opinions on how to train and everyone needs guidance.  Your plan is determined by how much you can do when you start, where your strengths and weaknesses lie, how many weeks you have to train, and how much time you have each week to train.  Several plans are posted here along with links to websites with more information.  Everyone needs a plan and you should make yours today!  You will find an ongoing plan on the homepage as well.  No matter what you do, try to find a plan that suits you and stick with it.  You can ask questions on the forum as well!  Good luck!
